Responsibilities

• Work as Spanish Concierge for the shipments.
• Help customers reschedule the pick up of deliveries.
• Assist Spanish clients if they prefer email, chat or Calls.
• Provide notification to Spanish clients regarding Estimated delivery times.
• Provide freight cost estimates and quotation to Spanish Clients.
• Provide updates on confirmed booking and successful delivery of cargos.
• Guide customers on requirements for sensitive or oversized cargo.
• Help Spanish customers how to navigate the Mobile Online App for easy booking.

Skills
