Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is hiring for a Customer Service / Sales Support role in the freight forwarding sector. The position focuses on handling quotes, import/export tasks, and proactive inbox management.

On-site work available in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao with opportunities for learning and growth. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service within logistics, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent English skills in both written and oral.
• Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Positive attitude towards difficult situations.
• Can start ASAP and amenable to any work schedule.
• On-site work in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao.

Responsibilities

• Quote agent import DAP shipments.
• Action any OBC/AOG quotes or follow ups.
• Export air quotes.
• Export sea quotes.
• General inbox management.
• Import air tasks such as lodging under bonds and out-turns in Cargowise.
• Call warehouse and troubleshoot weekend air freight collections.
• Arrange weekend collection IDs.
• Job registrations.
• Import related tasks.
• Import transhipment tracking.
