Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Success Partner - Spanish in Pasig City to develop and sustain strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with sales and service-center teams to ensure clients achieve expected outcomes with Maersk solutions.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, 2+ years in sales support or customer service, and MS Office proficiency. Night shift and WFO in Pasig City are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years in Sales Support/Customer Service.
• Strong account management and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure value realization.
• Support and coordinate with Area Sales and other functions in service centers.
• Assist with contract renewals and tender handling using cross-functional resources.
• Manage reporting, escalations, and day-to-day team needs.
• Be flexible to night shifts and work from office in Pasig City.
