• Willing to work in Pasig, City.
• Amenable to work in night shift.

• High fluency with Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer on account agreement.
• Serve as focal point between customer and AR analyst.
• Act as escalation point for Collection Analytics within local organization.
• Primary customer contact (phone, mails or visit).
• Update Getpaid tool based on customer engagement.
• Be focal point for local language dependencies.
• Partner with analyst to exceed portfolio targets.
