Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years’ experience in shipping/logistics and document handling.
• Fluent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via email and case management platforms.
• Resolve import/export shipment concerns and update cases.
• Document actions and maintain complete case records.
• Collaborate with Mexico-based teams to resolve issues.
• Strive to meet service levels and productivity targets.
