Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Collections Specialist in Pasig to manage outstanding customer accounts with a focus on timely payments and excellent service. You will coordinate with AR analysts and act as a primary contact for customers by phone, email, or in-person visits.

You will solve payment issues, maintain reporting accuracy, and work within a diverse global finance team to meet portfolio targets while upholding quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Collection or any Accounting process.
• Willing to work in Pasig, City.
• Amenable to work in night shift.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven individual.
• High fluency with Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer on account agreement.
• Focal point between customer and AR analyst.
• Escalation points for Collection Analytics within local organization.
• Primary customer contact (phone, mails or visit).
• Updates Getpaid tool based on customer engagement.
• Focal point for local language dependencies.
• Partnering with analyst to exceed portfolio targets.
