Job summary

Private Advertiser in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative to support LATAM customers for a Banking & Finance – Mortgage account.

The role handles Spanish-speaking inquiries by phone and email, with occasional English interactions. You will provide accurate information and resolutions, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed. Onsite shift schedule and ASAP start are required.

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual with fluent English and Spanish written/verbal skills.
• 1+ year of BPO or customer service experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to LATAM customers through phone and email
• Handle primarily Spanish-language inquiries, with occasional English interactions
• Assist customers with mortgage-related concerns and account inquiries
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions based on established processes
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout every interaction
• Document customer interactions and follow required account procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional assistance is needed
