Job summary

Private Advertiser in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative to support LATAM customers for a Banking & Finance – Mortgage account.

The role handles Spanish-speaking inquiries by phone and email, with occasional English interactions. You will provide accurate information and resolutions, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed. Onsite shift schedule and ASAP start are required.

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual with fluent English and Spanish written/verbal skills.
• 1+ year of BPO or customer service experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and on a shifting schedule.

• Must be available to start ASAP
