Recruitify_HR is building a Pioneer Team for a leading Banking & Finance account focused on mortgage support. We seek 5 bilingual professionals fluent in Spanish and English to handle mortgage inquiries and guide customers through products, rates, and loan terms.

Qualifications include 2+ years of bilingual voice experience and a high school diploma. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; MS Office and CRM proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of voice experience in bilingual support.
• Skills: Strong verbal/written communication in Spanish and English.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual Support: Engage with customers via voice channels in both Spanish and English to resolve inquiries regarding mortgage products, interest rates, and loan terms.
• Guidance & Education: Assist customers in navigating online platforms, account setup, and payments while providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Sales & Compliance: Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions using the company CRM.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Citizenship: Open to Filipino/Non-Native applicants only.
• Experience: Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience specifically in Spanish Bilingual support.
