Biocostech Philippines Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South Luzon to lead sales strategies, programs, and cross-department collaboration to grow market presence.

You will plan, direct, and execute initiatives, manage budgets, and coach the sales team while analyzing data to drive cost-effective operations and achieve targets.

With FMCG experience and strong leadership, you will identify opportunities, coordinate with marketing, and optimize regional performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant FMCG or related industry experience.
• Strong leadership with training and coaching exposure.
• Excellent analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation skills.
