UC Biosciences Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Luzon to lead a high-performing team in selling medical diagnostics and life sciences products to hospitals, labs, and clinical partners. The role is full-time and focused on expanding market presence across Luzon.

You will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and guide with market analyses, training, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. Strong leadership and regional network are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of proven sales management experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional or territory-based role
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
• Established relationships with healthcare institutions, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, or clinical partners in the Luzon region (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and decision-makers at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Health Sciences Courses, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Luzon region
• Fluency in English and Filipino (or other regional languages) is advantageous

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for medical diagnostics and life sciences products across Luzon
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated sales team with coaching and performance development
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare providers in Luzon
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market analysis to inform expansion initiatives
• Conduct product training and technical demonstrations for healthcare professionals
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and account management
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and clinical support for launches and initiatives
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to guide strategy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and ethical standards
• Prepare regular sales reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
