Job summary

Markenburg International Foods Corp. in the Philippines seeks a dynamic Sales & Distribution Manager for the Luzon Area to lead regional sales, oversee distributors, and drive revenue growth across Luzon.

You will manage a team, develop strategies, and coordinate with marketing and logistics to ensure successful campaigns and strong customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 5 years in sales leadership within the food and beverage or FMCG sectors, a deep understanding of the Luzon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales management experience in food and beverage or FMCG sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of the Luzon market, including key accounts and distribution channels.
• Analytical and data-driven in decision-making.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the Luzon region.
• Experience in international food industry or multinational corporations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals with coaching and feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners in Luzon.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Oversee daily sales operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer service quality.
• Conduct regular sales forecasting and reporting to senior management with timely data.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for campaign execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct field visits and sales activities to strengthen client relationships and support team development.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
