Biocostech Philippines Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our FMCG/pharma footprint. You will visit existing accounts, plan daily calls, present product lines, and secure new business while monitoring market activity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, has at least 1 year of field sales experience, and demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• With at least one year of field sales experience, preferably FMCG or pharma.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving ability and adaptability to variables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning daily schedules.
• Adjusts sales presentations based on outlet type and factors.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying dealer volumes and potential.
• Submits orders citing price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed with daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.
• Monitors competition by gathering marketplace information.
• Recommends product/service/policy changes based on results.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Maintains knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and societies.
• Provides historical sales records and contributes to team results.
• Sells, delivers products, and monitors AR including collections.
