Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business or hospitality required.
• 5–8 years in restaurant or food-service ops, area or multi-branch preferred.
• Proven ability to lead managers, manage budgets, and present reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple branches in the South area.
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and key targets.
• Coach and develop Restaurant/Shift Managers and staff.
• Review branch performance and financial indicators to identify improvements.
• Prepare, review, and present management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for ops, service, quality, safety.
• Support branch openings and collaboration with HR, Finance, etc.
• Monitor scheduling, manpower, costs, and other labor-related concerns.
