Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Area Manager to oversee the operations of 5–6 casual dining branches in Mandaluyong.

You will drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring consistent service standards and a high‑quality customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong multi‑unit restaurant management experience, a proven track record of leading Store Managers, and the ability to translate insights into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel and restaurant management, or business administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations with managerial or multi-unit responsibility.
• Proven track record managing multiple branches in a casual dining chain.
• Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
• Solid understanding of P&L, sales performance, food and labor costs, inventory, and manpower.
• Experience leading and developing Store Managers and restaurant leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of 5–6 restaurant branches.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Monitor and analyze store P&L, sales performance, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and other key metrics.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, SOPs, service protocols, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee both FOH and BOH operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and leadership teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational reviews, and performance assessments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, deployment, and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Monitor inventory, waste, portion control, and cost management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Training, QA, Supply Chain, and other support functions to address operational requirements.
• Build a strong performance-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and business results.
