Job summary

Sensin Group in the Philippines is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple restaurant branches within a defined region. You will drive sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI achievement while ensuring SOPs, service standards, and food safety are consistently applied.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B/Restaurant Operations, multi-store leadership, and strong people-skills. You will travel regularly to stores and collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant Operations.
• Experience managing multiple branches.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple restaurant branches in your area.
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and store KPI achievement.
• Ensure consistent SOPs, service standards, and food safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and store leaders.
• Monitor manpower, scheduling, attendance, labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Conduct regular store visits and address operational gaps.
• Analyze store performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing and other teams.
• Support new store openings, promotions, and other projects.

• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and store leaders
• Monitor manpower, scheduling, attendance, labor costs, inventory, and wastage
• Conduct regular store visits and address operational gaps
• Analyze store performance and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolution of operational concerns
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and other support teams
• Support new store openings, promotions, and other operational projects

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant Operations
• Experience managing multiple restaurant branches
• Previous experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, or Restaurant Manager with multi-store exposure is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits
• Results-oriented and hands-on leadership style
