AsiaPeopleSearch Inc. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of three restaurant branches in Metro Manila. You will drive sales, uphold service standards, develop branch teams, and ensure a consistent customer experience across all locations.

You will lead Branch Managers, manage staffing and training, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to achieve targets. Regular collaboration with senior management is essential to optimize operations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in the F&B/restaurant industry, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant branches or locations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of 3 restaurant branches and ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Drive sales and profitability across all assigned branches.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and frontline teams; ensure staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor customer experience and enforce quality of food and service across locations.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and coordinate with senior management.
