Job summary

Samgyupsalamat is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Taguig to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will ensure top-tier guest service and maintain high standards across all processes.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls while complying with health and safety regulations. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong P&L management and financial analysis background.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff to meet goals.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and food costs for profitability.
• Analyze P&L reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and health regulations.
• Develop plans to meet sales targets and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to implement company initiatives.
