Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience as a team lead for at least 2 to 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for sourcing-related plans and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics such as cost per hire and fill rate.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing performance.
