Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in the TSP Industry is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic job posting to seamless candidate onboarding.
• Partner closely with department heads to define talent needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate databases to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Ensure all hiring practices align with legal standards and internal company policies.

Expert-level sourcing skills

Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Education
