About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Sourcing Specialist I to join our dynamic recruitment team at our Alabang/Sucat office in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility. As a Sourcing Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent to support Teleperformance's continued growth and expansion. This role is essential to our recruitment function, helping to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various departments and levels within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and recruitment databases
• Conduct initial screening and qualification assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company standards
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and passive talent to support current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment team members to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs and networking activities to promote Teleperformance as an employer of choice
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing activities and pipeline development
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and recruitment efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networking platforms for talent sourcing
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate data management and record keeping
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence
• Familiarity with the Philippine job market and understanding of local employment practices is advantageous
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
