About the role
The Sourcing Associate supports the Talent Acquisition team in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various clinical, allied health, and corporate positions. The role focuses primarily on candidate sourcing, initial engagement, talent pooling, and database management to support current and anticipated hiring requirements.
Key responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, school partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct active sourcing and proactively reach out to prospective candidates for priority and hard-to-fill positions.
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and anticipated manpower requirements.
Review candidate profiles and resumes based on the basic qualifications of assigned positions.
Conduct initial candidate engagement to determine interest, availability, and basic eligibility.
Endorse qualified and interested candidates to the assigned Talent Acquisition Specialist for further assessment and processing.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, sourcing trackers, and recruitment databases.
Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates on pipeline numbers, candidate responses, and conversion.
Assist in posting and refreshing job advertisements across approved recruitment platforms.
Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online sourcing platforms is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and comfortable handling multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Resourceful, proactive, and willing to explore different sourcing strategies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
