Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online databases.
• Create engaging outreach messages and screen potential candidates to assess initial fit.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job openings and enhancing employer brand visibility online.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed.
• Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized sourcing data and metrics for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
