Job summary

ClearSourceBPO is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist with extensive experience in headhunting, volume hiring, and corporate recruitment. You will develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines for both high-volume and specialized roles.

You will conduct active and passive sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networks; screen candidates and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver qualified talent on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
• Proven headhunting and passive candidate sourcing experience.
• Strong experience in volume and corporate hiring across multiple roles.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist with strong experience in headhunting, volume hiring, and corporate recruitment. This role will be responsible for developing proactive sourcing strategies, identifying qualified candidates, and building strong talent pipelines for both high-volume and specialized corporate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for volume, corporate, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing of active and passive candidates.
• Manage sourcing requirements across multiple roles and hiring priorities.
• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify target companies, industries, and potential candidates.
• Engage passive candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess qualifications, experience, career interests, and overall fit.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, pipeline quality, and hiring metrics.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
• Proven experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
• Solid experience in Volume Hiring and Corporate Hiring, preferably supporting multiple positions and business functions simultaneously.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment requirements and delivering candidates within tight timelines.
• Experience sourcing for corporate, professional, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Strong talent mapping, market research, and candidate identification skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate engagement skills.
