About the role
The Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing proactive talent sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring requirements across healthcare and healthcare-related accounts. This role partners closely with Recruitment Operations, Hiring Managers, Recruitment Vendors, and Business Leaders to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for volume, specialist, and leadership hiring requirements. The Sourcing Supervisor will oversee a team of Sourcers and Recruitment Coordinators, drive sourcing effectiveness, optimize recruitment marketing initiatives, develop talent pipelines, and ensure delivery of sourcing targets within agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring requirements across healthcare, healthcare support, customer service, claims, provider services, care management, utilization management, and clinical operations accounts.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping activities to identify sourcing opportunities and talent availability.
- Develop creative sourcing initiatives through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and talent communities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing specialists and coordinators.
- Monitor team productivity, candidate generation metrics, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Partner with Recruiters, Recruitment Managers, Business Leaders, Workforce Planning Teams, and Human Resources to understand hiring demands and priorities.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified healthcare talent.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics including candidate generation, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-submit, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment standards, data privacy policies, and applicable labor regulations.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience supporting high-volume hiring environments in BPO, shared services, healthcare, or healthcare outsourcing organizations.
- Strong background sourcing for Customer Service Representatives, Healthcare Associates, and Claims and Benefits Specialists.
- Experience managing sourcing teams and recruitment vendors preferred.
