Job summary

Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source qualified candidates through portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.

You will review profiles and resumes to match job requirements. You will conduct initial outreach via calls, messages, and email, explain opportunities, compensation, location, and other details to candidates, and maintain a talent pool and confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen applicant profiles and resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach through calls, messages, and emails.
• Explain job opportunities, qualifications, compensation, work location, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool.
• Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters or Talent Acquisition Officers for further assessment.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application status.
• Assist in posting and promoting job vacancies.
• Monitor sourcing results and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and recurring requirements.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team regarding urgent and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure that candidate information is properly recorded and handled confidentially.
