Job summary

Flash Express (PH) Co. Ltd. Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hub activities, including parcel sorting and dispatch, while coordinating across teams to ensure compliant and efficient workflows.

You will monitor staffing, attendance, and productivity, and drive improvements in sorting, scanning, and handling procedures to maintain service quality in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years in logistics, warehouse, or hub ops.
• Experience in manpower supervision is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules in Pulilan, Bulacan.

• Supervise daily hub operations, including parcel sorting and dispatch based on destination and service area

• Monitor manpower scheduling, attendance, and productivity

• Ensure proper sorting, scanning, and handling of parcels according to operational procedures

• Coordinate with logistics, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor shipment volume and ensure timely dispatch

• Address operational issues and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations, manpower performance, and shipment status

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines

• Provide guidance and support to hub staff and sorters to maintain productivity and service quality

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations
• Experience in manpower supervision and operational processes is an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Amenable to work in Pulilan, Bulacan
