You will monitor staffing, attendance, and productivity, and drive improvements in sorting, scanning, and handling procedures to maintain service quality in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years in logistics, warehouse, or hub ops.
• Experience in manpower supervision is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules in Pulilan, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hub operations including parcel sorting and dispatch.
• Monitor manpower scheduling, attendance and productivity.
• Ensure proper sorting, scanning and handling per procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics, delivery and warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipment volume and ensure timely dispatch.
• Address issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare reports on daily operations and shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to hub staff to maintain productivity.
