Job summary

Mojro is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Manila to partner with Account Executives, translate customer requirements into robust solution architectures, and run high-impact demos and POCs.

As the role evolves, you will build and lead a team of Solution Engineers, shaping Mojro’s delivery assets and methodologies to improve win rates and scalable adoption.

The position requires 3–5 years in pre-sales or supply chain SaaS, and a Bachelor's degree; hybrid work model in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pre-sales, solution consulting, or supply chain planning in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience with logistics operations, transportation planning, or supply chain design.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities including requirements, KPIs, and demo delivery.
• Translate requirements into solution blueprints with API integrations and data mappings.
• Deliver compelling demos and POCs to prove value and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handover.
• Guide customers and CXOs through technical and operational adoption.
