Job summary
MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a Client Solutions Consultant specializing in Software and Application Engineering. The role involves serving as SME in client discussions, guiding implementations, and coordinating across delivery centers, recruiting, and sales to ensure timely delivery.
The candidate will support post-launch activities, create technical documentation, and collaborate with global teams during Eastern Time hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Eng or related field.
- 3–5 years in software development, SQA/testing, or application support.
- 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud, and security.
- Ability to lead client-facing conversations and collaborate across dispersed teams during ET hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Software and Application Engineering SME during client discussions.
- Lead implementations, onboarding, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate across clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales, and account management on plans and timelines.
- Partner with recruiting and operations to define roles, craft evaluations, and train delivery teams.
- Provide post-launch advisory support and recommend corrective actions to optimize delivery.
