You will drive strategic implementations, document requirements, design prototypes, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services/Consulting or IT Applications in a SaaS setting.
• Experience implementing or integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk) and other contact center solutions.
• Experience with SQL/SOQL and JavaScript.
• Familiar with diagram tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations, with project management, requirements gathering, prototyping, configuring and integrating systems, testing, and training.
• Document user stories and align with customer business objectives to ensure customer success.
• Develop end-client journey diagrams and design solution patterns for CRM and related systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to deliver feature requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and risk mitigation plans.
