Formula Oil Corporation is seeking a driven Business Development / Sales Officer to lead growth in the energy sector. You will own the sales pipeline end-to-end — identifying prospects, building relationships with commercial and industrial clients and electric cooperatives, and closing solar and energy-storage projects, including financed (zero-upfront) arrangements.

You will be supported by our founder and engineering team on all technical and design matters, so you can focus on relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in energy/construction/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to perform field/site visits and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation and prospecting: identify and qualify commercial, industrial, and electric-cooperative prospects; manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Consultative selling: understand client energy profiles and present solar/storage solutions with financing options.
• Proposal and closing: prepare quotations and proposals with engineering support; negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Relationship management: nurture long-term client/partner relationships; engage GMs, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Market intelligence: track energy-cost trends and competitor activity to sharpen positioning.
• Collaborate with founder and technical team to ensure proposals are accurate and deliverable.
