Job summary

Formula Oil Corporation is seeking an After-Sales Officer/Engineer to own the customer experience after a system is commissioned. You will plan maintenance, troubleshoot remotely and on-site, and respond quickly to all after-sales concerns.

You will grow the business by offering maintenance packages to new and existing clients, turning excellent service into recurring revenue while monitoring systems via cloud platforms and managing warranties and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
• Licensed (REE/RME) an advantage.
• Experience in solar PV, electrical systems or equipment servicing.
• Strong remote and on-site troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive maintenance for PV systems, batteries and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot remotely and on-site to restore performance quickly.
• Serve as primary contact for after-sales inquiries and support.
• Develop after-sales services and maintenance packages to generate revenue.
• Monitor systems via cloud platforms and identify anomalies.
• Manage warranty claims and service records.
• Build long-term client relationships for renewals and referrals.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to share learnings.
