Job summary

Integra R.E. Corporation seeks a results-driven B2B Sales Professional to develop and convert solar and energy storage opportunities in the Philippines.

You will work with EPCs, installers, and commercial customers to assess requirements, propose suitable products, and secure orders while balancing technical insight with strong relationship-building. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B technical sales in solar or energy storage, a related engineering degree, and proven ability to quote,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience in solar, energy storage, electrical equipment, or related industrial distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to develop customer accounts, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales against targets.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and interpreting product specs.
• Experience with EPCs, installers, contractors, or commercial customers is a plus.
• Knowledge of pricing, gross margin, payment terms, and coordination with inventory and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop new accounts among EPCs, installers, contractors, and commercial customers; grow assigned accounts.
• Understand customer applications and recommend solar modules, inverters, storage, and related products.
• Prepare quotations, product comparisons, and proposals; coordinate with Technical Support on sizing and questions.
• Conduct product presentations, customer visits, demonstrations, and explain value in commercial terms.
• Qualify opportunities, identify decision makers, follow up quotations, and convert orders.
• Manage revenue and gross profit targets; maintain pricing, discounts, credit, and payment terms.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline stages, forecasts, and activity reports; inputs for demand planning.
• Coordinate with Operations and Procurement on availability, lead times, orders, delivery commitments; resolve issues.
• Work with Finance on credit information, payment follow-up, and overdue collections; escalate risks.
• Coordinate after-sales with Technical Support and suppliers; share market feedback with Sales Manager.
