Plan, prepare, and manage daily/weekly/monthly staff schedules across security, maintenance, soft services, and frontline teams — ensuring optimal coverage, cost efficiency, and compliance with labor standards
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and deployment; address gaps, absenteeism, and scheduling conflicts proactively
Maintain accurate personnel records, shift rosters, and deployment logs — audit-ready and up to date
Coordinate with third-party service providers / agency partners on staffing levels, performance, and contractual compliance
Lead daily team huddles, pre-shift briefings, and periodic performance reviews — set clear expectations and reinforce standards
Coach, mentor, and upskill supervisors and frontline staff; identify high‑potential team members and development needs
Conduct regular site rounds, service audits, and standards checks; document observations and drive corrective action plans
Design and deliver onboarding, refreshers, and skill‑building sessions aligned with property brand and service standards
Implement and enforce SOPs, safety protocols, service‑level agreements, and house rules across all operational areas
Gather frontline feedback; identify bottlenecks, workflow inefficiencies, and morale issues; propose and roll out practical improvements
Support incident management, emergency drills, and crisis response — ensure staff are trained, responsive, and aligned
Track operational KPIs — attendance, compliance, service ratings, incident resolution time — and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
Serve as primary bridge between staff, department heads, property management, and HR — elevate concerns and champion team well‑being
Foster a culture of respect, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
Support cross‑departmental initiatives, events, and peak‑period mobilization
Uphold the property’s brand values — model professionalism, courtesy, and service excellence in every interaction
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, Public Administration, or a related field
4–6 years progressive experience in operations, workforce management, or team leadership — within commercial property, mall, hospitality, or facilities management environments
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity leading teams of 20+ staff
Direct exposure to shift‑based, 24/7 operations and multi‑department coordination
Workforce scheduling, deployment, and labor compliance
Performance management, coaching, and training delivery
SOP formulation, audit, and enforcement
Incident response, safety awareness, and crisis coordination
Data‑driven reporting and decision‑making
Strong communication — influencing, listening, resolving conflict
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS / workforce management systems
Willingness to be based in Pasig; flexible for extended hours, weekends, and site visits as needed
Experience in premium mall, mixed‑use estate or commercial
Background in facilities, security, or soft services operations
Certification in occupational safety, HR, or quality management
