Job summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Social Performance Trader to build, launch, manage, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and monitoring of campaigns, analysing performance data, identifying optimisation opportunities, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. They will also work closely with the Client Success team to provide updates on account performance and recommend improvements to campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage daily paid social advertising campaigns, primarily through Meta Ads Manager, with additional exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.

• Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Analyse campaign data to identify trends, assess performance, and uncover opportunities to improve results. Recommend and implement changes to campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and setup based on performance insights.

• Campaign Updates and Revisions: Implement ad hoc account changes promptly, including budget adjustments, creative refreshes, and other campaign updates as required.

• Campaign Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Conduct daily account health checks to ensure campaigns are running as expected, budgets are managed appropriately, and there are no gaps in campaign delivery or execution.

• Reporting and Communication: Provide periodic updates to the Client Success team on campaign performance, key observations, and optimisation opportunities.

• Account Accuracy and Accountability: Maintain accuracy across campaign setup, execution, and ongoing management, taking ownership of assigned accounts and addressing issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

Required

• Hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, covering Facebook and Instagram.

• Experience building, launching, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage campaign budgets, account updates, and daily checks accurately.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaign requirements in a timely manner.

Preferred

• Experience managing campaigns on other paid social platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

• Exposure to programmatic advertising.
