Responsibilities

• Ensure gaming machines are functioning; fix minor issues and refill slot tickets as needed
• Place "out of order" signs on broken machines and report to technician or supervisor
• Walk around assigned areas and respond quickly to guest concerns or service calls
• Assist guests with machines, provide directions, and share information about events and services
• Explain how games work, payouts, and jackpots; assist with payouts per guidelines
• Report safety issues, rude or intoxicated guests, or cheating immediately

Clearly explain how games work, including payouts and jackpots. Help with machine payouts following department guidelines. Report any problems right away, such as safety issues, rude or drunk guests, or cheating.
