Job summary

LaVie in Manila is seeking a Manager, Slots to oversee shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth gaming floor service, safety, and cleanliness. You will supervise, coach, manage promotions updates, handle jackpots and payments, and maintain KPIs, with English communication and willingness to extend hours.

The role requires strong leadership on the gaming floor and a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Slots Assistant Manager or 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in slots operations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to extend work hours when required.

Responsibilities
