• 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or engagement-focused role.
• Experience in healthcare or DTC is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathetic messaging, and ability to meet goals in a metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems, data entry, scheduling, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Engage patients via phone, email, and SMS to guide and troubleshoot test completion.
• Develop and implement strategies to motivate timely completion of sleep tests.
• Monitor patient progress, track completion metrics, and identify trends to refine engagement strategies.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, appointment scheduling, and documenting interactions.
• Collaborate with support, clinical, and marketing teams to align messaging and improve patient journey.
• Gather patient feedback and propose process improvements to boost completion rates.
