Daybreak is seeking a Sleep Care Advisor to engage high volumes of prospective patients and drive conversions for sleep testing and care pathways. You will use phone, email, and SMS to move leads through the funnel, balancing sales targets with a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or performance-driven roles.
• Experience in healthcare, inside sales, or D2C is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication with targets-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects via phone, email, and SMS to drive conversions.
• Own outreach strategies to move leads through the funnel.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and close purchases or submissions.
• Maintain urgency and accuracy in Salesforce and CRM records.
• Track performance against metrics and adjust outreach accordingly.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and CX teams to optimize messaging.
