Daybreak is hiring a Sleep Care Advisor in the Philippines to help patients move from interest to action. This is a fast-paced, conversion-driven role where you engage with prospective patients via phone, email, and SMS to purchase a diagnostic home sleep test or submit an existing study for medical review.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, track performance against key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the patient journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or similarly performance-driven roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Sales-minded and results-driven, focused on targets and measurable outcomes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high-volume leads and conversations.
• Persuasive communicator with phone, email, and SMS outreach.
• Persistent and resourceful, follows up to overcome barriers.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion by engaging leads via phone, email, and SMS to purchase a sleep test or submit a study.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with urgency, organization, and accurate documentation in Salesforce.
• Own performance metrics and analyze results to improve outreach strategies and outcomes.
• Deliver a patient-first sales experience by building trust, explaining steps, and addressing barriers.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to improve messaging and workflows.
