Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or performance-driven roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• Target-driven with focus on conversion rates and outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high lead volume.
• Persuasive communication across phone, email and SMS.
• Organized, coachable, and data-driven with CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion by engaging leads through phone, email and SMS.
• Own outreach strategies and follow-ups to minimize drop-off.
• Communicate value, address objections, and guide to next step.
• Meet and exceed KPIs with disciplined lead management in Salesforce.
