Job summary

Daybreak is seeking a Sleep Care Advisor to transform interest into action for patients exploring home sleep tests and treatment options. You will drive conversions, manage a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce, and provide a patient-first sales experience from outreach to purchase submission.

The role blends sales and customer service, with targets, fast pace, and opportunities to improve processes while collaborating withClinical, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• Strong goal orientation with ability to meet/overachieve targets.
• Experience in healthcare, inside sales, or direct-to-consumer environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective patients via phone, email, and SMS to convert leads into sleep test purchases or submissions.
• Own outreach strategies to move patients through the funnel and reduce drop-off.
• Communicate the value of Daybreak’s testing and treatment pathway and address questions/objections.
• Track performance against outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
