The Sleep Test Specialist will drive patient engagement, streamline test completion, and partner with internal teams to optimize the patient journey.

You will communicate empathetically, manage data entry and scheduling, and use CRM tools to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or engagement-focused role.
• Experience in healthcare or DTC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients via phone, email, and SMS to guide completion of sleep tests.
• Motivate patients to complete tests promptly after receipt.
• Track patient progress and completion metrics to refine engagement strategies.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with support, clinical, and marketing teams to align messaging and improve the patient journey.
• Gather patient feedback and suggest improvements to the sleep test process.
