Job summary

Daybreak is seeking a Sleep Care Advisor to guide prospective patients from interest to action. This is a sales-focused role with customer service elements. You will engage leads via phone, email, and SMS to drive purchases of at-home sleep tests or submissions for medical review.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, track performance against targets, collaborate across teams, and ensure a compassionate, patient-first experience while optimizing our conversion funnel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, lead gen, or performance-driven roles.
• Experience in healthcare or direct-to-consumer environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong results orientation and accountability.
• Excellent phone, email, and SMS communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into sleep test purchases or submissions of existing sleep study results.
• Manage a high-volume lead pipeline with urgency and organization.
• Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
• Deliver a compassionate, patient-first sales experience.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to improve funnels.
