Job summary

CKI BUILDERS & ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking a Site HR / Project HR professional to oversee site administration, manpower monitoring, and proper documentation for work at project sites in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with the PMT and HR and Admin department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will manage attendance, timekeeping, recruitment support, and incident reporting while maintaining accurate worker records and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• College graduate, at least college level, or vocational graduate.
• At least two years of work-related experience.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Site Administration: maintain and organize site records, reports, and documents.
• Manpower Monitoring: track attendance, tardiness, overtime, and deployment; assist in timekeeping and recruitment.
• Documentation and Reporting: prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Policy Implementation: ensure compliance with policies and site rules; prepare Incident Reports when necessary.
• Records Management: maintain accurate records of workers, site assignments, attendance, and documents.
• Accountability and Compliance: report discrepancies and violations; file Incident Reports as needed.
• Administrative Support: perform other site-related admin functions as assigned by management.
