Job summary

SinoTech Asia Construction Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to oversee all HR functions for a growing construction business in the Philippines. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and labor-law compliance across multiple project sites.

You will provide advisory support to management and staff, maintain records, and drive HR programs to foster a positive work environment. Immediate joining is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Course or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in HR (Officer/Supervisor/Generalist), preferably in construction.
• Excellent knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll preparation and benefits.
• Can work immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and systems per Philippine labor laws.
• Provide HR support to management, employees, and project sites on contracts, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate HR operations across four project sites.
• Manage staff timekeeping and payroll preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and government documents.
• Prepare and administer monthly remittance reports (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Assist in employee engagement, training, welfare, and HR programs.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
