Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
• Manage manpower planning for projects (direct hires, subcontractors, and PASA payroll)
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and government requirements
• Handle disciplinary actions, notices to explain, and grievance procedures
• Supervise payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement programs
• Support project managers and site teams on HR-related matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a construction or engineering company
