Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking a Site HR/Timekeeper (Supervisory level) for the Pasig project. This on-site role oversees HR, payroll, timekeeping, and manpower coordination to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

You will manage labor relations, prepare DOLE reports, handle earnings statements, recruit and onboard workers, maintain records, and support admin tasks across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required in related fields.
• 5 years of HR or equivalent experience.
• People oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project site (NCR).
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor relations and compliance at site, resolving worker concerns.
• Extract time entries and prepare timesheets; support payroll processing.
• Recruitment duties including posting vacancies, screening applicants, and onboarding.
• Maintain payroll and personnel records, including transfer/resignation data.
• Attend toolbox meetings and coordinate with project management on admin tasks.
