Confidential is seeking a Shift Manager in the Philippines to lead restaurant operations, guest service, and team performance on shift. You will drive QSCH standards, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate closing procedures to ready the store for the next day.

You will also participate in local marketing initiatives, nurture guest loyalty, and maintain a positive, energetic work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant shift and supervising a team.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead opening and mid-shift procedures to ensure the store is fully prepared.
• Oversee the floor during peak hours, delivering excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage closing shift procedures for a smooth next-day setup.
• Drive local marketing programs to boost guest trials and loyalty.
